LauraJP: I am a full time primary school teacher who loves to bake and cook in the free time that I have, which dramatically changes during the academic year. For example no cakes get made in report writing season :-) I learnt the basics of cooking a nice meal from my mom and I got the love of baking from my Nan. Then on top of that I taught myself some of the baking skills needed to make delicious deserts and cakes. I do a lot of reading and love watching cookery programs. I have started this blog to keep a record of the things I make for myself but if other people are interested in looking at what I've made thats a bonus! I love cupcakes mainly but I'm an all round cook too so expect to see a wide slection of sweet and savoury delights appearing on my new blog.
